Glazed Chocolate Donut Cake

1 box devil’s food chocolate cake mix
3 eggs
4oz sour cream ( half of an 8oz container)
1 tablespoon cinnamon
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup veggie oil
for the glaze:
2 cups powdered sugar
4 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla

PREHEAT oven to 350°F
in a large bowl mix all of the ingredients for the cake with a whisk, really don’t have to break out the mixer unless you want to. pour into a greased 13×9 pan and cook for 40 minutes,
remove cake from oven and leave in the pan. in the meantime, mix all of the ingredients for the glaze until completely combined… after the cake has sit for 15 minutes, evenly spread the glaze over the cake. allow to continue cooling until ready to serve.
store in the fridge…
