cook as directed and allow to cool completely.
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese ( room temp)
1/2 cup white sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups heavy cream
Combine the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl ( i use my stand mixer) Fit the mixer with the whisk attachment and mix on medium speed until smooth. While the
mixture is still whipping, slowly pour in the heavy cream. Stop and scrape the bottom of the bowl a couple
of times while you continue whipping until the cream is stiff.
Top cooled cake with the icing and the sprinkle with your favorite chocolate chips.
I use and offset spatula and make it very smooth, you can ice the cake your way.
I serve with Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
