- 4 chicken breasts, precooked and diced
- 1 onion, diced small
- 4 celery ribs, diced small
- 1/4 cup Dill relish
- 3 tablespoons dill
- 1 cup mayonnaise
*salt and pepper to taste
Place chicken, onion, celery and relish in a large bowl.
In a smaller bowl mix mayonnaise and fresh dill.
Stir mayonnaise mixture into chicken and add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve on bread or with crackers.
Note: you can add more or less mayo… depends on what you like.
