- 8 fresh basil leaves
- 3 medium cloves garlic
- 1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- freshly ground black pepper ( to taste)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- fresh basil leaves for garnish ( if desired)
In food processor, combine the basil and garlic. pulse until it is fine….Add cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, and olive oil.. pulse until smooth… add pepper to taste
Chill for at least one hour, serve with toasted baguettes or veggies.
