Cowboy Chili

3 cans diced tomatoes ( juice and all)
1 can petite diced tomatoes ( juice too)
3 lb. ground beef
3 tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cayenne pepper
1 can light kidney beans
1 can dark kidney beans
2 cans black beans
2 cans pinto beans
( rinse and drain all beans)
2 med onions, chopped
2 med bell peppers chopped
3 cups beef broth

Brown ground beef in large pot. Drain. Place in large crock pot and add tomatoes, chili powder, cayenne, salt, onion, beans, peppers and broth.
cook on low for 8 hours, stirring occasionally.
serve with crackers, raw diced onion, cheddar cheese, sour cream.
endless toppings or great alone….
we eat ours with big cinnamon rolls ( my husband, the Colorado man, he got me into this… please try it at least once…. it’s amazing!)
