1 ready made graham cracker crust
1 softened 8 oz pack cream cheese
1 can pumpkin
4 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon cinnamon
half tub cool whip plus some for garnish
1/2 can apple pie filling
nutmeg for sprinkling
Beat on low speed the cream cheese the pumpkin and sugar .. fold in cool whip and pumpkin pie spice.
chill at least 2 hours
chop 1/2 can of apple pie filling into bite size pieces and mix with cinnamon
remove pie from fridge and very carefully top with apples.
now you can either spread some cool whip all over the pie or you can garnish it …. then sprinkle with nutmeg lightly and chill another 2 hours …
