Pepper Steak

1.5 pds of sirloin steak cut into one inch strips
1 tablespoon paprika
2 garlic cloves minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup sliced green onions
1 red bell pepper sliced
1 green bell pepper sliced
2 large tomatoes diced
8 oz fresh mushrooms
1 1/4 cups beef broth
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/8 cup soy sauce
3 cups hot cooked rice

Season steak with paprika and set aside … prep veggies …
Heat oil in deep skillet and add garlic … try not to burn
Add meat and brown slowly …
Add all veggies and cook until they begin to wilt ..
Add beef broth and simmer on Med low for 45 minutes …
Add cornstarch to water and mix well …. add to skillet and cook until thickened …
Turn off heat and add soy sauce…. serve over rice
