Olives.. you either love them or hate them. Well we love them… I have been an olive lover since I was a toddler. I love them all.. I haven’t met an olive that I don’t adore. This recipe is one that I make a lot in the fall and winter months, but I had a craving for it.. so here it is…..
12oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese® ( 1 1/2 blocks)
1/2 cup green olives with pimento
1/2 cup Kalamata Olives
1/2 cup ripe back olives
1/2 tsp. Badia® Complete Seasoning
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
It’s so easy, its so good and it’s addictive… let’s get started …
Add 12oz of softened cream cheese to a large bowl…
With the back of a fork mush it all together … Mush is most definitely a culinary term.
It’ll look something like this….
Add your Badia® Complete Seasoning, if you can not get Badia® in your area this works well with Mrs. Dash too.
Add your Olive oil …..
Combine well …
Measure out your olives…
Chop them to the size you like.. I like them chunky.
Add the olives to your cream cheese…
Mix the olives in well and chill one hour before serving….
We eat these on Triscuits® I’m sure it would be fine on any other cracker or pita chip.. but I’ve never tried ..giggles.
Enjoy!!
