Wake Up Shakes ( recipe #1 )

When I first started looking into breakfast shakes I saw one with strawberries and peanut butter… whaaaa? I know I made a face, I remember clearly making the face. But guess what? IT’S GOOD! What What!? I know right… who would have thunk it. Now I am on a mission to create a new shake each morning… here is today’s….

You will need….use2

Dannon® Yogurt ( Plain)

3 Strawberries

1 Banana

PB2® Powdered Peanut Butter

Blue Diamond Almond Breeze® Lightly sweetened Vanilla

Ice

Add one cup of ice to your blender….

Add one banana and your three strawberries….

One tablespoon yogurt….

use3

1/2 tsp. Peanut Butter Powder

Please note: Ummm, my milk photos were blurry, guess I needed coffee huh… add one half cup …

 

Blend for a few seconds on ICE CRUSH setting…. and that’s it .. easy peasy and very good. Please note that this is not a very sweet shake… that is totally on purpose. But feel free to add Splenda® or your favorite low calorie sweetener to jazz it up.
