Farmhouse Cole Slaw

Cole Slaw, you either love it or you hate it… I like it, so I guess I’m a wee bit different. I am not a fan of raw carrots. I can taste them when others say the can not.. soooo I changed it up a bit to suit my pickiness. Hubbyman, well he’ll eat any kind of cole slaw, and he gives this one, two thumbs up!

Hot Dogs Love It!!

Your List

1/2 small head of green cabbage

1/4 large red bell pepper

1/4 white onion

1/3 cup Dukes® Mayo

1 tsp. red wine vinegar

1 tsp. white sugar

1/2 tablespoon Badia® Complete Seasoning.

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

slices your cabbage very thin….

Add thinly sliced red peppers

then your thinly sliced onion

start with 1/3 cup mayo, add the vinegar, sugar, Badia® and red pepper flakes and stir.. add more mayo to get the consistency you like….

mmm mmm …. chill at least an hour before serving.

use

Serve on hot dogs, cheeseburgers or as a side…
