Frozen Strawberry Lemonade Pie

I love berries, I love lemons, I love pie… lets mix ’em up with cream cheese!

This is a tart and sweet confection of wonderfulness! Perfect for porch sittin’ !

You’ll need:

8 Ounces Philadelphia® Cream Cheese ( room temp)

8 ounces Cool Whip® thawed

1/4 Cup Dixie Crystals® Sugar

1/2 Cup Dixie Crystals® Powdered Sugar

1/2 Cup Daisy® Sour Cream

Juice of one Lemon ( med sized )

10-12 Strawberries

1 Keebler® Graham Cracker Crust

Okay, lets make a pie….

Make sure this marvelous stuff is at room temp….

Juice a medium to large lemon. I use a strainer to catch the seeds.

You should get about a 1/4 cup ( more or less)

You’ll need 10-12 Strawberries, add them to your blender or food processor.

You should about a cup of puree, I could drink that.

Measure out one cup of sour cream and add that with the cream cheese, and sugars to your stand mixer ( a hand held will work fine) and mix well on low speed until combined. The add the Lemon and Strawberry Juices and continue to mix on low for about once minute. The fold in the Cool Whip® gently by hand.

Add to your pie crust and cover. Freeze for at least 3 hours.

After 3 hours, Cut and Enjoy….
