Mixed Fruit Dessert Cups

Those little cups, you know the ones right? The ones that sit beside the Strawberries in you grocery store? Yeah those… well I have a bit of a weakness doe those ‘lil devils. I stuff them with everything, even peanut butter, but that’s a recipe for another time.


You’ll need 1/4 cup each of the following:

Blackberries, peaches ( diced) , blueberries, strawberries

1 pack of sponge cake dessert cups

whipped cream

2 tablespoons OJ

coconut for sprinkling

Dice your fruit the way you like, add the OJ and fold it well, cover and put in fridge for at least 2 hours. Serve in sponge cake dessert cups and sprinkle with coconut. Add whipped cream.

I’m not even sure if this is a recipe, but it sure it good!
