Pasta! I can’t get enough Pasta and I have the hips to prove it … I don’t always like it with meat, meatballs, sausage..etc. I love it most of the time with just tomato sauce. Today I added some veggies, and it was amazingly good!
You’ll need:
3/4 each red and green bell peppers
1/2 cup yellow or white onion
2 cups grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
1 can diced tomatoes
1 ( 29oz) can tomato sauce
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 heaping tablespoon Badia® Complete seasoning
1/2 tablespoon white sugar
salt and pepper to taste
Your favorite pasta, cooked per package directions
Feta Cheese, Basil Leaves or Parm for garnish
Dice your veggies to desired size, and all them to a nonstick skillet with the olive oil.
cook on medium heat, stirring often. After about ten minutes add the seasoning, sugar, salt and pepper and cook for another right minutes. Add the Canned tomatoes and keep on low heat until you pasta is done. Serve immediately and top with Basil and cheese if desired.
