You’ll need:

  • 2 sticks butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup white Sugar
  • 1-1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 1 Tablespoon vanilla
  • 1-1/2 cup AP flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1-1/4 cup quick oats
  • 3/4 cup mini M&Ms®
  • 1/2 cup peanuts, halved
  • 3/4 cups chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter chips

Preheat oven to 375*

Cream butter with both sugars in a stand mixer ( I use the paddle attachment) until creamy and kinda fluffy.  Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each one, then  add vanilla and beat again.

Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a seperate bowl and mix well. With the mixer on low, add just a little of the flour mixture at a time. Then add in remaining ingredients…and combine on low until blended.

Careful not to over mix too muc,

Use a cookie scoop to scoop balls of dough onto a cookie sheet. Bake until  brown ( about 15-17 minutes) then allow to cool on a rack.

Easy Peasy!
