Dill Pickle Pasta Salad
Amazing Summer Side Dish!!
- 1 pound macaroni pasta cooked, drained and rinsed
- 2 cups dill pickles chopped
- 1 8oz block of cheese of choice diced small
- 1 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 5 oz fresh minced dill
- 1/2 small purple onion diced small
- 1 cup pickle juice
Cook the pasta to al dente, drain and rinse.Combine the rest of the ingredients, and mix well. fold in the pasta and chill at least 2 hours.
