Boiled Eggs, why do they hate to be peeled? Each time I have tried a different way to peel them, I find new bad words to use instead.. until now! Take this lil eggs! I ain’t skeered anymore!!!!

One dozen eggs covered with cold water. Add 1/4 cup salt and 1/2  white vinegar to water.. bring to a boil and turn off heat . Cover til water is luke warm ..about 30 mins … pour off the water and add cold water … peels perfectly
