If you try to eat lowcarb, like we do… it can really be hard to give up your favorite foods… So I make this easy thousand island dressing to control the sugars.. Hope you enjoy it!
Makes about a pint
Add 1 1/2 cups of mayo and 1/4 cup ketchup to a bowl….
Add 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup of dill pickle relish. Still gently.
Add 1/2 of a medium onion, grated…fold in gently.
That’s it… easy peasy… just chill and eat.. keeps for about 2 weeks
